On an initiative led by our member Saroj , Metro Bethesda Rotary Foundation from USA has remitted USD 20,000 ( approx LKR 6.1 million ) which is being utilized to provide equipment to LRH Cardiology Unit . As some members of the donor community are in town we did a rush procurement of items requested by LRH , and they were formally handed over ( except a few which are not in stock ) to LRH on Monday 12 th January at 11 am at the Cardiology Unit
